Health Forum Discussion on Sparicotylosis

MedAID (Mediterranean Aquaculture Integrated Development) is a four-year project, funded by the European Union in the frame of Horizon 2020 (grant agreement 727315). The goal of MedAID is to increase the overall competitiveness and sustainability of the Mediterranean marine fish-farming sector, throughout the whole value chain. MedAID Health Forum, is conceived as a platform to gather together field diagnosticians, laboratories, relevant authorities in charge of disease management in the Mediterranean mariculture and other stakeholders.
One of MedAID activities, in cooperation with the EAFP and EURL for Fish Diseases is the establishment and the organization of an Online Health Forum, meant to the scientists and practitioners dealing with different aspects of sea bass and sea bream health (diagnostics, epidemiology, control, prevention etc.).

We are starting the MedAID Health Forum, with an Open Discussion on Sparicotylosis next Monday, 2nd July.

The contribution of any Mediterranean fish health expert is highly appreciated and we are encouraging you and your colleagues to share your valuable knowledge with the final aim to profoundly evaluate and analyse the current prevention and treatment methods.
We guarantee that registration to the forum is fully anonymous and it is impossible to disclose the identity of participants if they registered using the nickname.
