The EAFP Council strongly encourages EAFP members to submit bids to host future EAFP International Conferences (starting from year 2029).

The hosting member should submit a proposal that needs to include:

• Letter of application from the proposer explaining their willingness and intentions host the future EAFP conference;
• Supporting letters as appropriate;
• Proposals for the local organising committee membership;
• General information on the hosting country and city;
• General information on international transport connections;
• Details on potential conference venue (capacity, cost, facilities, appearance);
• List of available accommodation for different budgets;
• Outline of the relevant experience of those involved in organising the conference.
