    Position Announcement: Lecturer Position in the field of Aquaculture, Institutes of Desert Research, Ben Gurion University of the Negev The French Associates Institute of Dryland Agriculture and Biotechnology, of the J. Blastein Institutes for Desert Research, Ben Gurion University, seeks applicants for an open tenure track Lecturer position in the field of Aquaculture. The successful applicant will hold a doctorate or equivalent and should be a leader in a discipline of fish physiology, fish health, fish production or other areas. The successful applicant will be expected to develop a research program and coordinate relevant research activities, Guide post graduate students and teach post-graduate courses. The applicant is expected to be focused also on local aquaculture and involved in local farms in his field of expertise. A commitment to the transfer of aquacultural technology to the private sector is expected. The French Associates Institute of Dryland Agriculture and Biotechnology is located at Midreshet Ben Gurion, in the Negev Desert.
